Culinary steam filter
Culinary-steam-filter have been specifically designed to provide culinary grade steam to the food and beverage industry.With polished stainless steel housings and all materials conforming to FDA regulations for direct food contact, these filters are ideally suited for removing contaminants from steam.The pleated stainless steel elements incorporate a positive double o-ring click-lock seal and are 100% integrity tested prior to shipment for reliable performance.This range of filters available with connections from 1/4" to 3" and rated flows from 15 to 1780 lbs/hr.We also offer a broad range of steam filters for OEM customers, including culinary steam filters, clean steam filters,sanitary steam filters, stainless steel steam filters, and so on. Culinary-steam-filter shall be installed at all points-of-use where steam either directly or indirectly comes in contact with food or food contact surfaces.

Sanitary Steam filter
Sanitary steam filter remove contaminants, moisture, and other particles from steam that will touch food and for final filtering in pharmaceutical, biotech, and electronics applications. The cartridge in these housings filters out 98% of particles as small as 1 micron and 100% of particles as small as 2 microns. Thats why they meet 3-As accepted practice for creating culinary-grade steam, which is often used in steam-in-place (SIP) cycles to sanitize equipment, and for applications such as blanching. They are FDA compliant for direct contact with food, and also meet pharmaceutical equipment design standards.Housing and a filter element, is mostly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the steam filter cartridge is made of sintered powder or pleated sintered metal. - Steam filter element is applied to the food and drinks industry,pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, aseptic packing,fermentation process, brewery industry, dairy industry, and electronic industry.
- Steam filter element is available in different filtration degrees ranging from 1 micron to 25 microns based on your application. Meanwhile, you can designate its material and size to fit your steam filter housing.Elements can be regenerated by detergents or solvents in an ultrasonic bath. It is recommended that you clean your steam filter element frequently to keep high filtration efficiency.
- Constructed of stainless steel, these corrosion-resistant cartridges can be cleaned for repeated use. They are pleated, which provides a large surface area for high debris retention. Use them in a filter housing to reduce contaminants in your steam line.
