Two phase separator
The primary function of Two phase separator extracts liquids from natural gas. They are available in vertical, horizontal, and spherical configurations. Two-phase separators are extensively used in onshore or offshore oil and gas facilities and petrochemical applications.Two-phase separators are widely used for liquid-liquid or solid-liquid separation at processing facilities.
Two-stage separators have the same basic operating principle as three-phase systems but can only separate oil and gas mixtures. Like a three-phase system, it can be oriented as a horizontal two-phase separator or vertical two-phase separator. Due to their compact nature, vertical two-phase separators can only accommodate smaller volumes of fluid that require shorter residence times.

Three phase separator
Ganeshfilter designs and fabricate production separators based on the requirements of the client with compliance to code & standard specified in technical requirements. Ideal for oil, gas and water separation.Horizontal configurations available.
The primary function of three phase production separator is to separate coming steam into three phases, oil, water and gas. Depending on the process design, several production separators, such as High-Pressure (HP) separator or Low-pressure (LP) separators, can be used in oil and gas production.
Separator vessel is a main chamber for holding liquids and gas for certain period of time (known as retention time).Separator vessel is designed based on flow rate, working pressure, working temperature, composition of the liquid and operational requirements of the client. One of the widely practiced standards is ASME, while pressure vessel standards may vary from country to country.Standard that regulates design and fabrication of the pressure vessels for production separator.

Knockout drum
Flare knockout drums (FS) are used in flare systems for associated petroleum gas treatment intended for combustion in flare units at gas-producing, gas-condensate and gas processing enterprises, from drip moisture, mechanical impurities and other suspended particles.Knock out drums are used to slow down gasses and allow liquids to fall out of the gas stream. Knock out drums can be installed either in the waste gas header, or in the flare stack base itself.Knock out drums can be configured in either a horizontal, or vertical arrangement. When horizontal, a knock out drum will be constructed with one gas stream inlet, and two outlets, which can then be joined with a manifold. Another configuration that can be used is one inlet with a much larger outlet.

Horizontal tank
Horizontal tanks are used for the technological infrastructure of storage plants, petroleum-storage depots, oil production and refining enterprises and other industrial facilities. They are used not only for storing various kinds of liquids, but also for measuring the volume and distribution of the stored petroleum products. Depending on the type of internal coating, they can store light and heavy petroleum products, various fuel and lubricant materials, oil, chemical solutions, as well as food products and water. They can also perform a function of fire tanks.
Structurally, horizontal tanks can be single-walled and double-walled, one-, two- and multisphere (with shields) for simultaneous storage of various types of liquids. Horizontal tanks are available in 3 m3, 5 m3, 10 m3, 25 m3, 50 m3, 75 m3 and 100 m3. At the Customer's request.
