Coaleser filter element
Coalescer fitter element used to remove water, oil vapor and other contaminants from a compressed air line. These Ganeshfilter after market coalescing filters provide the highest level of clean compressed air with a minimum loss of pressure.
We guarantee our Ganeshfilter coalescing filter will meet or exceed the specifications, performance and warranty of the original OEM supplied coalescer.
Specifications
- Coalescer filtersare available in three different grades in diameter and lengths.
- Grade-X: General Purpose Protection. It provides particle removal down to 1 micron, including water and oil aerosols.
- Grade-Type S: Oil Removal Filtration & Dust Filtration. Particle removal is down to 0.5 micron @99.95% efficiency , including water and oil aerosols.
- Grade-Type A: High efficiency Oil Removal Filtration & Dust Filtration. Particle removal is down to 0.01 micron at 99.999% efficiency , including water and oil aerosols.

High pressure filter for Air & Gases

High pressure filters are available from 30 m3/hr to 725 m3/hr.The material of construction Aluminium,Carbon steel or Strainless steel.Pressure ranges from 25 Bar to 400 Bar with different element combination and applications.

Activated Carbon Filter
Carbon filter cartridge is made by perfused activated carbon in fiber medium. With higher surface area, and can absorb organics in shorter time and increase the treatment efficiency. Our special surface design and formulation assure a multi-function filter cartridge. It can be used not only to capture the particulate matters, but also eliminate the chloride odor in filtration processes. The external mesh support and enhanced PP hardware assure excellent strength and higher dirt holding capacity.

Blower suction filter
These Suction filters can be mounted on the intake side of a compressor to protect the pump against: dust, powders, chips etc from the atmospheric air. The filters consists of a steel housing. Quick changing of cartridges is possible. These suction cum Silencer filter is a heavy duty compact design suitable for use on blowers, engines and air compressors.
