Duplex basket strainer
Fabricated strainers are the ideal solution for removing solid particles from a liquid stream. Applications include protection from debris of pumps, meters, valves, nozzles and heat exchangers.Fabricated basket filters can also be duplexed to enable continuous operation. The system consists of two strainers " one duty and one standby " interconnecting pipework and gear operated butterfly valves.
When the maximum acceptable differential pressure is reached across the duty filter, the flow can be switched to the other filter housing without disruption to the filtration process. The filter not in use can then be cleaned and prepared for use again.

In line water strainer
Fabricated strainers are the ideal solution for removing solid particles from a liquid stream. Applications include protection from debris of pumps, meters, valves, nozzles and heat exchangers.
Fabricated strainers have a bolted lid fitted with a lifting handle and vent valve. Larger models are provided with a davit arm lid lift and can have optional features such as lifting lugs. The standard pressure rating is 10 Bar and temperature rating is 110℃ higher ratings are available on request.

SS Strainer Basket/Bucket strainer
Basket strainer also named as Filter Basket / Bucket filter /replacement strainer is made of perforated mesh or woven mesh. It can be divided into standard filter basket and slanted filter basket. Mesh filter basket is available in various levels of mesh and micron requirement. All the types filter basket has a lift-out handle and a solid, flat bottom.They feature high liquid capacity and high flow rate.Strainer filter element is made of Stainless Steel perforated sheet, woven wire mesh, stainless steel sintered wire mesh and wedge wire screen by the welding process. It has higher compressive strength, mechanical strength and is easier to backwash.

Conical temporary strainer
Ganeshfilter offers fabricated temporary pipeline strainers in cone, basket, or plate strainers. These temporary pipeline strainers are a cost effectives mean for temporary straining for start-up applications. Fabricated temporary cone, basket, or plate strainers are designed for initial start-up and should not be used as a permanent straining solution in place of Y-strainers, basket strainers, tee strainers, or duplex basket strainers.
These fabricated temporary cone and basket strainers are constructed of a heavy gauge perforated plate with drilled holes on off-set centers to catch debris in pipelines during start-up. Temporary cone or basket strainers can be fabricated to any length in many different types of metals or alloys. Standard lengths are 100% or 150%. This refers to the open area of the cone or basket to the cross section of the inlet pipe.
